Our "No Results, No Fee" Guarantee
By proceeding with your search or subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding our vehicle lookup guarantee and refund policy.
For Pay-As-You-Go Users
- Authorized Payment: You authorize a payment before the search starts.
- Automatic Refund: If our lookup fails to find the primary identifiers (VIN for Reg, or Reg for VIN), the authorization is released immediately. You are NOT charged.
- Success: Your card is only charged if we successfully retrieve the vehicle data.
For Subscribed Members
- Credit Protection: Any lookup that fails to find a vehicle will NOT consume a credit from your monthly allowance. You retain your full balance if a result is not provided.
- Allowance Integrity: You never pay for a "No Find" with your credits.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription plan fees are non-refundable as they provide platform access and immediate credit allocation. The guarantee is fulfilled via credit preservation, not monetary refunds.
Our success rate is very high, but factors like retention plates or imported vehicles can occasionally cause lookups to fail.
