Question 1

How do I check previous pictures of a car on sale?

Accepted Answer

To check previous pictures of a car on sale, simply enter the vehicle's registration number into our lookup tool. We scan historical listings to retrieve old sale pictures, dealer photos, and auction images from when the car was previously sold.

Question 2

Can I find old sale pictures of my car?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you want to find old sale pictures of your car to see what it looked like before you bought it, our advert check will pull up any historical photos and previous advert descriptions associated with your registration plate.

Question 3

What does a previous advert check include?

Accepted Answer

A previous advert check uncovers historical sale listings for a vehicle. This can include old photos, the asking prices, the recorded mileage at the time of sale, and dealer descriptions.

Question 4

Why should I check previous adverts before buying a car?

Accepted Answer

Checking previous adverts can reveal hidden damage not reported to insurance, mileage discrepancies (clocking), or if the car was previously listed as a non-runner or having mechanical faults.

Question 5

Does the No Result, No Fee Guarantee apply to advert checks?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If we search our extensive databases and cannot find any previous adverts or historical listings for the registration number you entered, you will not be charged a penny.
